Occasionally, we like to feature our “biggest losers” and let them tell their success story. If you could use a little inspiration, or just want to share in her joy, then take five minutes of your time to listen and watch. I guarantee that it will be time well spent.

Health and fitness is more complicated than watching what we eat and exercising. Other factors can make the journey more difficult. I’m not trying to take anything away from success stories, but one should keep in mind that the results aren’t always going to be the same. Factors that can affect progress are age, medications, the level of exercise you’re capable of achieving, genetics, and having unrealistic goals that make you want to give up.
The loss of any amount of weight and the increase of strength and fitness should be the goal. Remember that what you are doing is important. You may not always see measurable results but you are making changes that should carry you into a healthier future.
