Maintain Don’t Gain, or Maybe Even Lose . . . the results (kind of)

We had a great response to our holiday maintain, don’t gain contest with close to 200 people committing to a healthy holiday season. We had over 70 people submit pre and post weights, and of those folks, 87% lost or maintained during the toughest time of the year! A couple dozen of you lost five or more pounds during this period.

As much as we would love to recognize all of you who at least maintained your weight, we cannot share names publicly without your consent. So, we are in the process of verifying the top performers among men and women (using the weights reported at your facility) and we’ll be in touch individually to see if you would be willing to share some of your success on our blog. Your health behavior consultants will be in touch soon, and prizes will be delivered to your weight management facilities. If you consent to having your story on the blog, we’ll feature your success and any strategies or tips you would like to share with others – perhaps a recipe, a workout tip, or something else that helps you keep momentum moving in a positive direction.

Congrats to all of you who participated and who continue to make decisions, day after day that can have a positive impact on your health – for you and your family.
